At St Laurence and All Saints, we are committed to safeguarding children, young people, victims /  perpetrators of domestic abuse and vulnerable adults. 

The Parochial Church Council of St Laurence and All saints has adopted the House of Bishops’ Promoting a Safer Church Safeguarding Policy Statement and the policies and best practice on safeguarding which may be found on the Church of England’s website at https://www.churchofengland.org/more/safeguarding  and the Chelmsford Diocese website at https://www.chelmsford.anglican.org/safeguarding.

Coronavirus- COVID-19 

As decided by our archbishops, the church will be closed for public services until further notice. We are allowed to open the church building for private prayer at the following times
